Today marks the beginning of another great challenge at Crafts and Me. The ever-so-talented Tracy Payne has selected "LACE" as our challenge theme. Can you ever have too much lace? For this challenge, you can interpret the theme any way you choose- as long as you include some form of "lace", and enter your creations on the Crafts and Me challenge blog HERE!
For my card, I selected a new rubber stamp by Janna Prosvirina called "Memories."
The design papers are from Pion- just gorgeous. Sorry the pic makes them look more "pink" but they are truly a deep purple. The gorgeous lace, pearls and shabby seam binding are from Live and Love Crafts. The flowers and metal corner are from Recollections and Wild Orchid Crafts. I "frantaged" (oh my, a new verb!) the metal corner with a mix of Lilac Encrusted Jewels and White Frantage Embossing Enamel. The sentiment is from a great package of Colorbok Kraft stickers- they feature alphabets and sentiments.. I cut the sentiment apart and distressed with Brushed Courduroy ink and adhered in sections...don't know where I got them and can't find them online- yikes!
Next, I hope you hop over to the Crafts and Me challenge blog to see what the design team has created to inspire you to play along in our "Lace" challenge! P.S. Rose posted a quick 8 step tutorial on merging C&M background digis with C&M Art Stamps on the Crafts and Me Inpiration blog HERE.
Thank you for your well-wishes, kind comments and for just saying hello! xxx
