Here Comes the Bride
Today I am here to share a card I made featuring a digi image by Julia Spiri called "bride".
I fussy cut the digital image after coloring her with copics and mounted the image on the beautiful Pion 6x6 papers "Fairytale of Spring" design papers. The entire card features all four papers from the 6x6 page. I also used the matching Pion solid cardstock for the floral oval die cut behind the bride. The cardstock is so sturdy but cuts beautifully with my dies.
After I colored the image, I added Glamour Dust to most of her dress and veil. I dyed seam binding with Tim Holtz's Milled Lavender distress ink to match the papers and color scheme. Last I added flowers beautiful lace and along with a flat back pearl and rhinestone button embellishment to finish my card. Die cuts include stitched banners (Gina Marie Designs), Spellbinder Floral Oval and Nestability ovals and Memory Box Botanical stem die. The image and die cuts were all attached using dimension tape to add a 3D layered effect.
This card is available in my ETSY store See sidebar), along with many other cards. Thank you for your kind comments. Have a great day!
I will be entering this card in the following challenges:
In the Pink- Fussy or Fancy

What a beautiful bridal card, love those soft vintage lilacs, they suit the design perfectly. I agree with the Pion coloured card, it cuts really well and i love that there's no guessing when it comes to matching them to the design paper :) xx
